Master Budget


The Master Budget screen allows you to create and maintain budget information for your customer. The budget is divided into expense categories. The categories shown above are installed with the software. There are two ways to customize the expense categories. You can modify the standards that you use for every event by changing them in your Custom Options, or you can change them for a specific event. Each expense category consists of individual items that are contained within the worksheets (accessed by clicking on the button with the magnifying glass).   The Master Budget maintains the budget amounts, actual amounts, payments made, balance due and amounts over/under.

You can also view/print a pie chart and line graph for the suggested budget, the actual budget, and the actual expenses.
