Table Assignments

Event Magic Pro allows you to coordinate table assignments and print place cards for your client if you offer that service.  If it is a sit-down dinner, you can enter guest menu selections as well.  Event Magic Pro and Room Magic Pro work together - you can add tables through Event Magic Pro or Room Magic Pro, then finalize the layout in Room Magic Pro, then come back to Event Magic Pro to seat the guest, print the reports and the place cards.
