Event  Magic Pro Software Updates

Software updates are available for your Wedding Magic Pro, Event Magic Pro, and Room Magic Pro software for one year from the date of purchase.  If you do not have the most current version, you should download it.  If you are using the demo and need to run the update, please email support@frogwaresoftware.com.   Updates are posted to our site as they are available (usually twice a month), so be sure to check back.

** New feature added with 4.1.4:  You can now copy checklists.   Go to Setup / Checklists / My Checklist or Client Checklists.   You can right click on a checklist, select a sub-event, right click, and select Paste.   This will copy the entire checklist and allow you to paste it to a different sub-event.

Receive email when this page changes and you will be emailed each time a new release is available.  Enter email address and click OK.

To Update your software:  Updates are available through your customer account for one year after the date of purchase.  To log into your account, click here https://secure.softwarekey.com/solo/customers/.  Once you have logged into your account, you will see a list of the products you have purchased.   If your account is under a year old, you will see a download link on the right, or you can click on the Details link.  Click the download link or button (on the details screen) to download the latest update. 

 
Click on the Readme image to view the changes made in each release.

At this time, all updates to Wedding Magic Pro and Room Magic Pro are handled through one update file.  Running this one file will update both programs.

**Event Magic Pro was originally called Wedding Magic Pro.  Wedding Magic Pro 3.0 was upgraded and renamed to Event Magic Pro to better reflect the capabilities of the program for managing multiple types of events.

To run the Wedding Magic Pro 3.0 update, log into your account and locate the [Download] link, click the link to download the zip file.  Make sure you have closed the Wedding Magic Pro and Room Magic Pro software.  Verify that the path in the window shows c:\program files\wmpro3.  Click the Unzip button.  It may prompt you to overwrite 2 files - click Yes to overwrite.  Once you get the message that 2 files were successfully unzipped, then click Close.  Now run the software and make sure that the opening screen shows the right version (as above).

If your account has expired, you will not see a download link to the right.  Click on the product (which is underlined because it is a link) and this will take you to the detail page.  On the bottom of that page, you will see your upgrade options along with a link for purchasing the support agreement for one more year for $70.  Or you can use the link below to purchase the support agreement.
