What's Up? Support
If you are having problems with your What's Up? software, you are in the right place. Support is available by phone and email (for registered customers) and here on our web site. If you have a question about What's Up?, you should first review the Frequently Asked Questions to see if anyone else has had the same question. Next, verify that you are running the most current version of the software.
When you purchase What's Up?, you are entitled to one year of free support and free minor software updates (bug fixes). At the end of the year, you have the option of purchasing an additional 1 year support agreement for $15, which entitles you to one more year of support, free minor software updates (bug fixes), and major software releases (enhancement releases). If you have purchased What's Up? within the last 12 months, or if you own a support agreement that you have purchased within the last 12 months, you can contact FrogWare Technical Support in the following ways:
